TARIFF

1. CLAIMS: ALPHA LOGISTICS SYSTEMS is a shipment broker between the shipment carrier and the shipper. All claims resulting in either loss or damage of the goods for the shipper, or owner of the goods must be filed with the carrier. Although ALPHA LOGISTICS can assist in the filing of the claim, ALPHA LOGISTICS has no responsibility of payment of any claim. The shipper agrees that they will not withhold payment of any freight charges to ALPHA LOGISTICS due to pending claims against the carrier. In accordance with the rules set by the interstate commerce commission, it is the carrier’s responsibility of either honor and pay, or decline the shippers claim/s within 120 days.

2. PAYMENT TERMS: If payment or freight charges are not received by ALPHA LOGISTICS within 60 days from the time of pick up by carrier, ALPHA LOGISTICS reserves the right to rescind any discounts that were applied to each shipment. The shipper agrees to all conditions of terms.

3. The carrier or carriers agents agrees to hold the shipper harmless of any freight charges, in no case will the carrier or its agents bill anyone other than ALPHA LOGISTICS for the freight charges.
